We currently manage more than 5,000 properties throughout Scotland, offering rented, shared ownership, shared equity and fully owned housing. We are one of Scotland's largest housing associations - providing affordable, modern, and safe housing and related services to older people.

Our sheltered housing features a daytime Sheltered Housing Manager, extra security features and emergency alarm systems. Very sheltered housing caters for more frail people through the provision of meals, additional communal areas and 24-hour staffing. Amenity housing is aimed at more active older people and offers the security of an emergency alarm system but without a Sheltered Housing Manager.

As well as housing for older people, we also provide some housing for families, often designed around a cul-de-sac or courtyards to provide a safer environment for children and pets.
