Open sessions are open to kids of all ability levels. All that’s needed is a sense of fun.
Tuesdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Thursdays 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am - 11:00am

S&C + SKILL WORKOUTS
We have morning skills sessions running from 7:00-7:45 every weekday morning. We have also partnered with a strength and conditioning coach who provides basketball specific training to improve physical ability and reduce risk of injuries.

BLAZE SQUADS
We have female and male squads from u12 to Senior level, including a wheelchair basketball session on Sundays 4-6pm. Teams train together on weekday evenings and play games at the weekends in various leagues and competitions.
