INFORMATION & ADVICE SERVICE for those 50+ and unpaid carers of any age
This service is available from the Milan office (usually by appointment) and within day care settings.
- We provide information and advice by telephone or in person for various issues including income maximisation, housing, benefits, disability benefits, appeals, care packages, travel concessions and advice on a wide range of areas including income loss due to COvid-19.
- Personal visits to homes if unable to travel to our offices due to health.
- Help/Support to access relevant services/ signposting
- Completing forms and follow up work as required.
- Surgeries to promote the work we do and reach out to the wider community to raise awareness
- Advice in community languages
