The Alma Project offer arts based groups for adults with mental health problems.
Online video Art and Writing Session...
A health professional referral may not be necessary if you only want to join these zoom sessions. Email thealmaproject@gmail.com.
We will use writing exercises and/or look at a poem and artworks, all based on a theme, to give us inspiration for our own artwork or writing during this online session. You will need writing or art materials to take part.
Art Outings - Wednesdays 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Visits to art galleries, museums, gardens and the beach. You will receive a text each week letting you know what venue to meet at.
